The data is gathered with the customer\u2019s permission when making an order, or if the customer contacts us via the contact form on our company\u2019s website.<\/p>\n

Personal data is used for keeping up customer relations, preparing and delivering orders, and direct marketing.<\/p>\n
8. Preservation time of data<\/strong>
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above.<\/p>\n

We share personal data in our organization only in the extent that is necessary for providing our services.
Data may be delivered to third parties when it is needed to carry out our rights and duties, e.g. to carriers or debt collectors.<\/p>\n

The register is stored in an electronic database, which is appropriately secured from outsiders and only accessed with passwords.<\/p>\n

The registered customer has a right to examine what personal data about him or her is saved in the register. By request of the customer we will make the required corrections to the data or delete it. The request should be made by e-mail to info@privatecase.fi.
The register holder may have a legal or other right not to delete the requested data, for example according to the accounting act.<\/p>\n
