Kontti is a stylish and urban city backpack that catches the eye! The backpack is light to carry and is made of ecological regenerated leather and natural cork. The spacious Kontti has many details that make it comfortable to use, such as separate pockets for a laptop,  tablet/notebook, phone and water bottle.

The Kontti backpack is made of ecological regenerated leather or warm natural cork combined with regenerated leather.

The backpack has separate pockets for a laptop, tablet/notebook and phone. The phone pocket has a zipper and can also fit a passport or small items. In addition, the case has a strap for a drinking bottle to keep the bottle upright. Thanks to its two zippers, the backpack can be opened only from the top or all the way if needed. The backpack has stylish adjustable straps decorated with cork or regenerated leather.

The Kontti backpack is designed and hand-made in Finland.

Material: regenerated leather

We only approve materials used in the production of regenerated leather from suppliers approved by CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). Regenerated leather is made from 90% renewable natural materials and does not contain synthetic fibres. The material is OEKO-TEX® certified. The manufacturer’s production facility is entitled to use the EMAS (EU’s Eco Management and Audit Scheme) ecolabel.
Material: natural cork

Natural cork is a renewable, ecological material. The bark of the cork oak is cut carefully by hand every 9–10 years without damaging the tree. Aged trees produce cork bark of higher quality and sequester carbon dioxide for a longer period of time. Thanks to careful handling, cork oaks can live up to 300 years.
